Payments and Refund Policy

This refund policy (the “Refund Policy”) covers the circumstances under which SPACEWOLFF LLC (“Company”) may in its discretion provide refunds, and is part of the Terms (https://spacewolff.com/terms). Use of the terms “we” and “us” in this Refund Policy means Company. Capitalized words not defined in this Refund Policy have the meaning as defined in the Terms. By using the Site, you are accepting this Refund Policy. If you do not agree to the Refund Policy, do not use the Site.

Company may amend its Refund Policy at any time by posting a revised Refund Policy on the Site, and/or sending information regarding the amendment to the email address you provide to Company. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Site to obtain timely notice of such amendments. You shall be deemed to have accepted such amendments by continuing use of the Site or of your Account after such amendments have been posted or information about such amendments has been sent to you.

Upon a Buyer submitting an application to buy ad space, Buyer will immediately place funds equal to the amount of the chosen ad space on deposit with Company until Seller accepts or denies the Buyer’s application. Sellers are required to accept or deny within 72 hours from Buyer’s application submission. If Seller denies, or fails to accept or deny the application within 72 hours, the amount is released and returned to Buyer. If Buyer accepts, the funds shall be transferred to the Seller and are nonrefundable unless an exception is expressly stated in the Refund Policy.

Company shall only issue refunds if both Buyer and Seller no longer wish to participate in the transaction. In the event that Buyer and Seller wish to cancel their transaction on Company’s site in an attempt to circumvent Company, both users shall be terminated. To be clear, Company is not responsible for ensuring that the advertisement is actually placed by Seller nor will the Company refund any amount in the event Seller fails to place the ad or misrepresents its 1) ability to place the add; 2) Seller’s identity; 3) the actual location the ad will be placed; 4) Seller placing the quantity of ads purchased; or 4) the ad will be placed for the duration purchased.

Company accepts no liability for Seller’s fraud or misrepresentation in selling ad space or failure to place Buyer’s ad, and no refund shall be issued unless authorized by Seller. Please refer to our Terms of Use for any questions regarding this policy.
